New script embeds keep a signed-in user’s active conversation as they navigate your website.

An expansion. Conversation persistence previously required enabling a setting.
Why it matters
Let customers continue a conversation after moving to another page.
How it works
Enabled by default for new script embeds with chat responses. Inline iframe embeds do not support it; switching an embed to iframe disables persistence.
