Save favorite replies inside embeds
What it does
Users can save, read, and reopen favorite replies inside all five embed layouts.
Before this
An expansion. Favorites already worked in Portals and direct links; this release adds script and iframe embeds.
Why it matters
Return to useful answers without leaving the embedded agent.
How it works
Star a reply, then open Favorites to search saved replies or choose Read response or Open response. Navigation appears after the first save and lists accessible saves from the current agent.
