WAV files as knowledge sources
What it does
Audio uploads take .wav alongside .mp3, in the workspace Knowledge Base and in an agent's Knowledge tab, and are transcribed the same way.
Why it matters
Most recorders and meeting tools hand you a WAV; converting it first was a step that bought nothing.
