Download an agent response as a document
What it does
Users can download individual responses as TXT, Markdown, HTML, PDF, or DOCX in direct links, Portals, and embeds.
Before this
An expansion. Workspace owners already had conversation exports; this adds downloads beneath individual end-user responses.
Why it matters
Take an answer and its attached artifacts into your own documents and workflows.
How it works
Open Download beneath a response and choose a format. PDF uses the browser print dialog and can be blocked by popup or iframe restrictions.
Exports include artifacts attached to that response; document layout may vary between office apps.
