Keep useful agent replies in Favorites
What it does
Portal and direct-link users can star individual replies and return to them from Favorites.
Before this
New. Conversation history and response downloads already existed; Favorites adds a searchable collection of saved replies.
Why it matters
Keep a useful answer close without searching through the full conversation.
How it works
Select the star beneath a reply, then open Favorites in the navigation. Search or filter the collection, read a saved reply, copy or download it, or choose Open response to return to its conversation.
Favorites only shows replies the current user can still access in that Portal or direct link.
