What it does
Google's image model joined the Actions library, so an agent can generate images with it the way it reaches any other connected action.
Before this
An addition. Image generation already existed as an action — Nano Banana 2 is another model to point it at, not a new capability.
Why it matters
When the deliverable is a picture, image quality and prompt-following are the whole product, and this is a step up on both.
How it works
Found the way the other image models are: the Actions tab, then Actions Library, then Filter & Sort → Image Models, then connect Gemini Nano Banana 2.
