Magic link login for end users

What it does
End users can sign in with an emailed magic link, configurable as a login method on the portal.
Before this
An expansion. Sign-in was an email and a password, or Google.
Why it matters
No password to forget is the lowest-friction sign-in there is, and it works for audiences that won't create an account.
How it works
Enabled as a login method per portal. It replaces Email & Password rather than sitting alongside it — the two are mutually exclusive, so a portal is either password-based or link-based.
The audience it wins is the one that will not create an account: a link in an inbox is a sign-in they can complete without deciding to become a user of anything.
