What it does
Conversation Insights brings together total and average usage, message feedback, and the knowledge, uploads, memories, and Actions used across a conversation.
Before this
An expansion. Conversation insights previously showed average metrics and a message list linking to individual insights.
Why it matters
Understand a conversation’s cost, response timing, and supporting resources without opening each message separately.
How it works
Open Activity and choose View conversation insights on a conversation. Total token count and Average token count show input and output usage, while Performance separates cost, Pickaxe latency, model time to first token, total time to first token, and generation time.
Review feedback by message and expand the sections for knowledge, end-user uploads, user memory, and Actions; models used and end-user credits used are shown when available.
