What it does
The response-voice picker has a Custom voice tab: connect an ElevenLabs key and your agent reads its answers in any voice on that account, including a cloned one addressed by Voice ID.
Why it matters
Read-out stops sounding like generic text-to-speech and starts sounding like your brand — or like you.
