CLI setup hands off to Claude Code or Codex

What it does
The CLI onboarding step now offers to hand the whole setup to Claude Code, Codex, or a plain terminal, instead of assuming you'll type the commands yourself.
Why it matters
If you already live in a coding agent, you can go from zero to a configured workspace without reading the install docs.
How it works
The onboarding step now asks how you want to run setup rather than assuming a terminal: hand it to Claude Code, hand it to Codex, or do it yourself.
Handing it to a coding agent means the agent reads the setup instructions, runs the commands, and checks the results — so a workspace gets configured without anyone reading the install docs.
