Attach a document to agents from the Knowledge Base

What it does
A document's ⋮ menu on the Knowledge Base page has a Tools submenu listing your agents with a checkbox each — tick the ones that should have the file, or Select all.
Why it matters
Wiring one new document into five agents no longer means opening five builders.
How it works
The submenu searches your agents and pages through them, and the checkboxes show which ones already hold the document, so it doubles as the answer to "who is using this file?".
