What it does
Activity downloads now offer Markdown, PDF, and Word for a single conversation or the activity matching your filters.
Before this
An expansion. The Activity page downloaded a JSON export; individual conversations did not have this download menu.
Why it matters
Share conversation records in a readable document without converting a JSON export.
How it works
Open Users → Activity and use Download conversation on a row, or Download all activity above the list. Choose Markdown (.md), PDF (.pdf), or Word (.docx); the full download follows your search and filters and includes conversation summaries and messages.
