See when a fallback model answered

What it does
The Insights panel on a message now puts a Fallback badge next to Model used when the request failed on the agent's model and was retried on a backup.
Why it matters
Fallback keeps a provider outage invisible to your user, which also made it invisible to you.
How it works
Model used has always named the model that actually produced the answer. The badge is the missing half: it marks that model as a substitute rather than the one the agent is configured with, and it only appears when the two differ.
