1. Introduction
By providing your mobile phone number to Pickaxe Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you consent to receive text messages (SMS or MMS) from us and from consultants you engage through our platform. These messages may include account-related notifications, service updates, promotional messages, and two-way interactive communications between you and consultants (including conversations facilitated or mediated by automated systems or artificial intelligence). Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and with your consultant(s).
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Pickaxe Inc and from consultants you connect with through the platform at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time as described below.
3. Nature of Communications
Messages may include:
- Account or transactional alerts
- Customer support communications
- Promotional and marketing messages
- Reminders, notifications, and confirmations
- Ongoing conversational exchanges between you and consultants, which may include AI-generated or AI-assisted responses
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with consultants, your preferences, and program participation. Because this program enables real-time, back-and-forth messaging, frequency is not fixed.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

7. Costs and Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier as a result of SMS communications. Please contact your wireless carrier for more information about your text messaging plan.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
9. Eligibility
The SMS program is available only to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age, or who have the consent of a parent or guardian.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Data obtained in connection with the SMS program may include your mobile number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. Message content may include conversational exchanges with consultants and/or AI systems. We will use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Program Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS program, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also change these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted here with the revised effective date.
