Who You Are
You are a pragmatic builder who can take ambiguous customer problems and turn them into working, production-ready solutions quickly. You are comfortable operating across engineering, product, and customer interaction, making tradeoffs that prioritize real-world impact over theoretical perfection.
Role
As a FDE, you will work directly with customers to understand their workflows and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will build, integrate, and iterate on full-stack systems that move quickly from prototype to production and own outcomes end-to-end, working alongside both the Customer Support and Product teams.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
- Comfort with modern frontend tooling and build pipelines
- Some level of experience with Python backend development (Flask or similar)
- Successful communicator with experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong independent problem-solving skills
- Able to collaborate and lead in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team
- Excited about building with generative AI
